These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Continence Plus website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order with Continence Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with an order.

Delivery Coverage
Continence Plus delivers products Australia-wide. At this time, we do not supply products outside Australia.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders for products that are in stock are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation on business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes for in-stock products are as follows:
- Metro locations: approximately 1–5 business days.
- Regional locations: approximately 2–7 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or peak delivery periods.
Back Orders
If a product is out of stock, your order or part of your order may be placed on back order. For estimated delivery timeframes for back-ordered items, please contact our Customer Service team.

Missed Deliveries & Delivery Instructions
If no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
Customers may provide special delivery instructions when placing an order, such as requesting items to be left in a safe place. These instructions will be passed on to the courier; however, delivery outcomes remain subject to courier discretion.
6. Urgent & Express Delivery
Urgent or express delivery services may be available in certain metropolitan areas or via overnight courier services.
- Availability depends on location and courier services.
- Express delivery requests must be arranged through Customer Service.
- Express delivery is subject to courier availability.

7. Discreet & Customised Orders
Continence Plus recognises the importance of privacy and discretion.

- Separate delivery and invoicing addresses.

9. Returns & Refunds
Faulty Or Damaged Products
If a product you receive is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
Continence Plus will:
- Arrange collection of the product at no charge, or
- Advise safe disposal where appropriate.
A Goods Return Authority (GRA) number must be obtained before returning any product and must be clearly displayed on the outer return packaging.
Customers may choose one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the product.
- Refund of the purchase price.
- Credit to their customer account.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Proof of purchase is required.
Change-Of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only where all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is a standard stock item.
- The product was not specially ordered at the customer’s request.
- The product is unused and in its original, unopened and re-saleable condition.
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- A GRA number is obtained prior to return.
- The customer agrees to any applicable restocking or handling requirements.
Nutritional products must have more than 30 days remaining before expiry and must not require special storage.
Where eligible, customers may choose a refund or store credit.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Promotional offers and product specials:
- Are available to Australian residents only.
- Exclude retailers, resellers and wholesalers.
